Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between HumaForm and any person or entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) wishing to use the services provided.

Any order or validation of a service implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which HumaForm provides administrative support services to individuals, entrepreneurs, small businesses and expatriates.

Any order implies the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of Services and Scope of Activity

HumaForm exclusively provides services related to :

  • administrative assistance,
  • document and organizational support,
  • administrative support for individuals, entrepreneurs and expatriates,
  • document organization and administrative management,
  • assistance understanding and managing French administrative procedures,
  • administrative support related to business creation or activity management.

Exclusion of Regulated Activities

Services provided by HumaForm do not constitute :

  • legal advice,
  • tax advice,
  • accounting advice,
  • social or regulatory advice,
  • or any official legal, technical or regulatory validation.

HumaForm does not replace lawyers, notaries, accountants or any other regulated professionals.

The Client expressly acknowledges having been informed of these limitations.

4. Service Orders

Any service request is subject to :

  • an initial discussion to identify the Client’s needs,
  • a quotation or written description of the assignment,
  • explicit validation by the Client (email, signature or purchase confirmation).

No service will begin without prior agreement from the Client.

5. Pricing

Prices are expressed in euros (€).

HumaForm operates under the French micro-enterprise regime:

VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

Prices may be:

  • fixed-price packages,
  • or determined through a custom quotation depending on the nature of the assignment.

Applicable prices are those in effect on the date of the order.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation :

  • payment is due upon receipt of invoice,
  • payment is made by bank transfer.

In the event of late payment, HumaForm reserves the right to:

  • suspend the service,
  • apply late payment penalties in accordance with applicable French law.

7. Execution Timeframes

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

They may vary depending on :

  • the complexity of the assignment,
  • the Client’s responsiveness,
  • the availability of necessary information and documents,
  • delays caused by third-party organizations or administrations.

HumaForm shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from these factors.

8. Client obligations

The Client agrees to :

  • provide accurate and complete information,
  • provide all necessary documents,
  • review the documents and deliverables provided,
  • remain responsible for decisions and actions taken.

The Client remains solely responsible for their administrative procedures and any resulting consequences.

9. Liability

HumaForm is bound by an obligation of means and not an obligation of result.

HumaForm shall not be held liable in particular in cases involving:

  • inaccurate information provided by the Client,
  • refusal or decisions made by third-party organizations,
  • the Client’s interpretation or use of documents,
  • events beyond HumaForm’s control.

In all circumstances, any potential liability of HumaForm shall be limited to the amount invoiced for the service provided.

10. Confidentiality

HumaForm undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information, documents and data provided by the Client.

Such information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Detailed information regarding the collection and processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy section of the website.

12. Right of Withdrawal (Private Clients)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code:

Private Clients have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal for contracts concluded remotely.

If the Client expressly requests the immediate execution of the service:

the Client acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

13. Disputes and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought first.

Failing agreement, jurisdiction shall be assigned to the competent French courts in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

14. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Validation of a quotation, order or payment for a service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
