Helping expats feel less lost in French administration

Moving to another country is already a major life change.
I created this service to help expats better understand French administration, avoid common mistakes and feel supported throughout the process.
Because sometimes, having someone explain things clearly can make all the difference.
Why I started this project ?
Over time, I kept hearing the same frustrations from expats living in France:
- confusing paperwork,
- contradictory information,
- documents being rejected for unclear reasons,
- endless waiting times,
- and the feeling of never really knowing if things were done correctly.
French administration can feel surprisingly stressful when you’re new to the country — especially when everything depends on one missing document, one translation or one form submitted at the wrong time.
I realized many people didn’t necessarily need complex legal services.
Most of the time, they simply needed someone patient, organized and able to explain things clearly.
That’s how this project started.
A more human approach
I believe administrative support should feel accessible and reassuring — not cold, complicated or intimidating.
My goal is not only to help with paperwork, but also to make the entire process feel clearer, calmer and less stressful.
Every situation is different.
Some people are moving for work.
Others for retirement, family, studies or simply a new chapter in life.
That’s why I prefer taking the time to understand each person’s situation instead of treating people like another file number.
What I help with ?

I provide guidance and administrative support for expats dealing with situations such as:
- healthcare registration and CPAM
- understanding French administrative letters
- document preparation
- relocation support
- retirement procedures
- business and freelance setup
- general administrative organization
Support is available in English and French.

A quick personal note
Yes, sometimes French administration really does feel like a Kafka novel.
At first, everything seems relatively harmless.
Then suddenly one missing document apparently alters the balance of the universe.
But after helping many expats navigate these procedures, I’ve learned that most situations become much easier once you understand the logic behind them.
And occasionally… once you finally find the correct form.

Whether you’re moving to France, dealing with paperwork or simply trying to understand where to begin, I’d be happy to discuss your situation.
You don’t have to figure everything out alone.
